The Great Graphic Novels for Teens list is compiled annually by a committee of the Young Adult Library Services Association and comprises recommended graphic novels for readers ages 12 to 18. The roundup includes books published from late 2006 through 2007. The committee’s top 10 choices are identified with a star (*). The list was announced January 15, 2008 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, during the American Library Association Midwinter Meeting.
