Connecting Books, Libraries, and Classrooms

A quarterly supplement to Booklist, Book Links magazine is designed for teachers, youth librarians, school library media specialists, reading specialists, curriculum coordinators, and others interested in connecting children with high-quality literature-based resources.

Book Links articles provide comprehensive information on using books in the classroom, including thematic bibliographies with related discussion questions and activities, author and illustrator interviews and essays, and articles by educators on practical ways to turn children onto reading.


Accessing Book Links

There are many ways you can access Book Links.

  • In print: Book Links is published four times per year as a supplement to Booklist magazine. All Booklist subscribers will receive their copies of Book Links at no extra charge.
     
  • Via e-mail: Select Book Links articles are frequently paired with e-exclusive content, are delivered to your in-box every month via the Quick Tips e-newsletter.
     
  • Online:The digital edition of our most recent issue is currently open to all—no subscription necessary—while subscribers receive unlimited access to an archive of all past issues.
